About the Speakers
Erica Goodwin is an internal communicator with a penchant for discovering what employees want and identifying the best way to deliver it. She recently established her own internal communications consultancy and is co-host of the Internal Miscommunications podcast. Erica lives in Central Arkansas with her spouse Jonathan and children Eliza and Noah. Her days are consumed with client work, family obligations and activities, and making daily tiny decisions to see their new patio to fruition.
Keith Riley is an Internal Communications professional specializing in media communications. He is also a co-host on the Internal Miscommunications podcast. Keith lives in Chorley, North West England (It is as delightful as it sounds) with his partner Neil and dog Remo. He is passionate about anything that involves his camera, fixing his pickup truck or hiking in the mountains.
