Do you know anyone who has led the strategy and implementation of a significant change that helped propel their company/organization forward? Someone who has:

  • Leaped into a new technology medium/platform for communications to better reach targeted audiences?
  • Led the restructure of the communication department to better serve the needs of the company/organization?
  • Scaled a company-changing program/initiative such as leader communications or employee engagement?
  • Soared through a large-scale crisis communications program that improved the company/organization’s image?
  • Championed a major change into your organization using communications as the driver?

If you know such a catalyzing leader…get in on the ACTION & NOMINATE using the form below. Deadline is February 1, 2013. The 2013 Catalyst Award winner will be honored at the March 2013 luncheon.

The 2013 Catalyst Award winner will be announced in February 2013. In addition to being the recipient of an enviably fabulous trophy, the 2011 Catalyst Award recipient will be invited to present the winning communication strategy and implementation at the March 2013 IABC/Atlanta membership meeting…and will be welcome to bring his or her team of superhero communicators to share the stage and the glory!

      o Define the change needed and the impact of the changed needed
      o Describe the significance of the change to the organization/community
      o Define the target audience

    • What was the catalyst action taken and/or strategy used, and who was involved?

    • What were the results of the action? How effective was your communication strategy is driving the intended change?
